Geometric Doodle Art Egg
Get into the zen zone with this Geometric Doodle Art Egg. I've used one of the patterns from our Large Egg Template set as a base.
For materials, I've used a combination of permanent marker and white gel pen to really make this design 'pop'.
How To Create a Geometric Doodle Art Egg
Materials
- Light-weight card stock for printing
- Permanent markers for colouring
- Fine liners for detailed patterning
- Optional gel pens
- Optional acrylic paint pens
- The geometric egg from our large egg pattern art set
How To
Print out the geometric egg template to card stock.
In every top-pointing triangle, draw three flower petal loops.
Colour the petals and space around them.
In the down-pointing triangles, draw 'laserbeam' stripes. Colour them in alternate colours.
Use fine liners to add outline and detail to the petal shapes.
Use gel pen to add detail to the remaining artwork. I've used orange on the yellow areas and white for the darker colours.
Cut the egg shape out.
