Refund policy

Thank you for supporting my art! Because our products are digital downloads, they are different from physical goods. Please review our policy below regarding refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

1. The "No Return" Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you have purchased a pattern and the file has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Unlike physical items, digital files cannot be "returned" to us in a way that guarantees they are no longer in your possession.

2. When We Do Offer Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same pattern twice in two separate transactions, we will refund the duplicate.

• Unopened Files: If you purchased a pattern but have not yet downloaded the file (verified via our system analytics), we can issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

• Technical Defects: If the file is corrupted or contains a significant error that prevents you from using it, and we are unable to provide a corrected version.
